Kroll Heineman Carton currently represents more than 70 Labor Unions in the Tri-State area, including General Counsel to the New Jersey State AFL-CIO and New Jersey State Building and Construction Trades Council.  Because of our commitment to labor and our understanding of the important issues that confront each trade and segment of the labor movement we are able to provide exceptional legal services.

Our legal actions have had a positive influence on labor and employment practices in many workforce segments including the construction, service, healthcare, and transportation industries.  We provide legal counsel to employees in both the public and private sectors.
