Michael G. McNally is an associate at Kroll Heineman Carton. He has extensive experience in representing the firm’s Taft Hartley Funds clients in the collection of delinquent contributions in Federal Court and the US Bankruptcy Court. In addition, he has represented the firm’s Union clients in Federal Court enforcing arbitration awards and matters involving picketing and secondary boycotts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McNally served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ross Anzaldi, P.J. CV. (2006-2007).
