John P.J. Mattiace is an associate at Kroll Heineman Carton. He represents the firm’s Taft Hartley Fund clients in the collection of delinquent fringe benefit contributions and the firm’s Labor Union clients in the enforcement of arbitration awards. His practice includes the litigation of actions under both Federal and State law and advising clients on various issues governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”).
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mattiace studied in Rome, Italy, and Cairo Egypt and worked for UBS Financial Services, Inc. During law school, he served as an intern to the XVIII Airborne Corps’ Staff Judge Advocate in Fort Bragg, N.C. and after law school he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, J.S.C. (2010-2011).
