Jeffrey A. Stephens is an associate at Kroll Heineman Carton. Mr. Stephens advances the litigation, arbitration and enforcement work of the firm under ERISA and collective bargaining agreements. His practice centers on the representation of unions, and Taft Hartley Funds in litigation and enforcement proceedings before the District Court of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stephens served as a law clerk to the Hon. Martin G. Cronin, J.S.C. (2010-2011). Mr. Stephens has worked in the areas of environmental law and enforcement, pharmaceutical litigation, commercial lending, and construction litigation.
