Raymond G.
Heineman is a member of Kroll Heineman Carton.
Mr. Heineman has extensive experience with labor and employment law and
serves as counsel to a number of Unions and Taft Hartley Benefit Funds in New
Jersey. Mr. Heineman regularly appears
on behalf of Labor before the National Labor Relations Board, state
administrative agencies, as well as in federal and state courts. Mr. Heineman has handled hundreds of
arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of Unions and has
represented a diverse array of trades and professions, including the building
trades, health care professionals, police and firefighters, transportation
workers, and public sector employees.
Mr. Heineman has considerable experience in negotiating Project Labor
Agreements and handling issues relating to hand billing, picket lines, and
other forms of concerted action.
Mr. Heineman is
also a member of the adjunct faculty of the Rutgers University Institute of
Labor & Management Relations and has taught labor law and collective
bargaining courses at the undergraduate and graduate level for a number of
years. He was employed at the National
Labor Relations Board from September 1979 until June 1989 at the Newark
Regional Office.
